Sheri Sterup
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate
I became a therapist because I know what it feels like to be searching for clarity, confidence, and direction. There were times in my own life when I felt overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of who I was becoming. Therapy played a powerful role in helping me unlearn old beliefs, reconnect with my strengths, and start showing up as the version of myself I had always hoped to be.
The truth is, I became the therapist I once needed.
I bring not only my professional training but also deep personal understanding to this work. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that real, lasting change comes from within—when you feel safe enough to explore, grow, and redefine what’s possible for you.
A little more about me:
I’m a LMFTA based in Washington state. I am supervised by Tamela Roby LMFT. I’ve always been drawn to helping others understand themselves more deeply and rewrite the stories that no longer serve them. Outside the therapy room, you’ll often find me spending time with my family, and my animals, spending time in nature, and uplifting the community.
If you're ready to step into your next chapter with more confidence and self-trust, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
